A note from LoveLetterist:

I once watched a TED talk in which the speaker said something like, "Writing and drawing moves thought into action."

The Thalia part of me has long been reluctant to write out goals because... What if something new pops into our awareness and we want to switch gears. 🤔

She makes a valid argument, but...

we've reached a point,

where if we don't start planning,

we'll waste a whole lotta energy on what James Clear calls unfocused curiosity.

JC's 12/28 3-2-1 hit a lot of bullseyes for me.

You might find a gem or two for yourself?

The master knows what not to do.

Love James Clear’s work! BJ Fogg too!

When it comes to curiosity and wonder it was the workshop I did with Jeffrey Davis that helped me learn to harness curiosity.

He talked about the same thing, stating that unharnessed curiosity or unharnessed wonder can actually be detrimental. However, once harnessed, it becomes a superpower!

Ever #Grateful for your willingness to embrace all aspects of the conversation with The Girls as your guides!

Love the pictured frost on the berries et al. And the bonus doggie butt!

The “unknown” quote I had not heard before. Like it! 💚

Thanks Jack!

I wrote so much golden "stuff" in the margins of my 2023 planner! Including the quote about the egg. :)

Still looking for the new notebook I just bought! It’s said a clean desk is the sign of a sick mind. A cluttered desk eats notebooks.

I love the decoration of the mailbox post! Zooming in revealed what I think are blueberries in varying stages of ripeness. A clever touch!

All the best wishes in the world for a fine day and a great New Year.

That’s not our mailbox… it’s the neighbors. They display a sled with reindeer and — create a Santa workshop on their porch!

Making way for focused curiosity in 2024!
