World Series! 🎉 I don’t recall ever hearing “World Series of Soccer” (actually called football in Europe, futball in Spanish speaking regions). The World Series of Rugby! Never heard it.

Cat eyes. Clay marbles. Shooters. Steelies. (giant ball bearings dad brought home from where he worked) As kids we typically had 2 small cotton drawstring bags (also from dad’s work), one for the smaller marbles and the other for glass and steel shooters. They have gone to the great beyond, likely a landfill. Or my brother’s garage. 🙃. Happy cool days!
I was just reading about positive affirmations and how they can help to see them written down. Hearing your positive note is also a way to give a boost to someone who might be feeling low.
