I decided it was time to show up here so I can support the muses and cheer you on, Gail. Hoping today is a walk in the park...a spring day walk with the sun on your face and life blooming around you.
A present subjunctive walked into a bar hoping that he be able to order a drink. 😁
("Alex, I'll take obscure grammar references for eight hundred, please." "According to Wikipedia, these forms of verbs are typically used to express various states of unreality such as: wish, emotion, possibility, judgement, opinion, obligation, or action that has not yet occurred." "What are subjunctives?" "Correct!")
Our snow (well, snow + sleet + freezing rain) is already mostly melted. And I'd have been terrified of the icy sidewalks (slidewalks?) while it was still pretty.
I’m not able to identify the color washing over the snow in the first picture but it’s grand! The bravery of burgeoning buds surely is life affirming.
I’m glad the Muses got you prepped for another jaunt in the snowy wonderland. (I kind of miss it; especially when experienced in pictures; without shovels)
Good travels today. Remember deep breaths! Not the ones the tech signals during the scan!
So glad to hear. Where I’ve had several CT scans the ceiling is a scene of a blue sky with tree limbs imposed upon (with leaves) and, maybe, birds a flight or perched on the limbs. Very pleasant. The technician is an older man with a calm, kind demeanor. Angels in the most unexpected places?🤔
Thank you Kathy! I am so blessed with love and support. ♥️💚💜 Thank you for traveling with me (us) and keeping company. I feel like I am wrapped in a big hug.
Oh, BTW, Thalia and I were talking and WE think it would be Awesome if you layed down in that fresh snow and sent us a picture of the Angel print it leaves behind… 😉 Just saying! 😎

So glad to have you here! Thank you Karen. 🌷
I am in your corner. All four of you!

I’m a huge fan of this quote!
Living vicariously through the picture-worthy snowfall images…
Grateful for you and the girls!
🙏🏼🕊🙏🏼
It’s a great quote!
There was a definite promise of spring in this morning’s birdsong!

I should be writing these down!
We had ice a couple of times in the last two weeks.
Today at my bone scan they picked up on a cracked tailbone from my fall on 2/7. No wonder it still hurts!

The machine actually gives the breathing cues! Breath! Hold your breath!
Nice GE equipment and it was painless.

Oh! CT room had fall trees with colorful leaves and bone scan room had spring blossoms. Both were easy peasy… just laying there… breathing.
Beautiful photos. Good luck today. Prayers.
Thanks Pennie. “When I give you the contrast dye,” the tech said, “It might feel like you are peeing your pants.”
“I might pee my pants for real!” I replied after 32 ounces of liquid.
True to her explanation I did get this really warm sensation… Like I was peeing my pants! I didn’t for real though. 👍🏻
Yes, I have had that done before and it is a strange sensation.
I'm following you and your stories Gail and beaming positivity and well-bing to you every day as you navigate this new territory.

I am so grateful to be able to write and share!

Haha! I have one from an earlier snowfall this season…
