A recommendation on the hideaway sugar: Canned air is the enemy! For quite a while the use of canned air was such that I started thinking it could reboot my computer! Actually the bursts of air push the sugar deeper into your laptop. Not everyone’s goal, though the wee bugs might rejoice in the result.
Little mini vacuums are made for that. Household vacs with the soft bristle dusting brush are good too. Avoid behemoth shop vacs. They’ll suck the keys off of your laptop!😳
Note to Loveletterist from ex-instructor/editor (paid) and videographer (unpaid): you have your Zoom set to “mirror” your video. No harm, no foul UNLESS you are showing words, which are backwards. Check your video (?) Zoom settings, I think it’s a checkbox in there somewhere.
😎 My remarkable penchant for making my partly composed post disappear is alive once more! The post wasn’t on par with “War and Peace” though it was nearly as many words...😆
My mom used to bake a creation resembling your lemon squares. A nice reminder.
Here I need some help. The comments from Muses about “umami” don’t align in my mind with lemon squares. So I’ve inferred that umami creation is in the third video? I’ve not viewed it yet but soon will.
I really like the guilt-free recipe card. The line after “serves” is blank! 😉 My kind of chef. There’s nothing more rigid than a recipe saying: When cooled 20’ on a wire baking rack, cut into 24 uniform rectangles. I purposely cut non-uniform size’s anticipating some may prefer smaller/larger servings. 🤷🏽
Bring on the “beautiful faces and complex natures” Annie Dillard spoke of. As we sit to enjoy the slice of our liking. 🙏🏽
A note from Loveletterist:
I suspect the cooking show divas have nothing to fear from me.

There is still powdered sugar in the crevices of my computer. 🤦🏻♀️
All I can say is, “Divas beware!”

Thank you!
Pulling out the vacuum attachment now. 😁
Echo Gary’s recommendation about vacuum vs blowing! (Probably too late now... sorry!)

Thanks Jack! I wondered if Zoom has some magic button to help with this! Now I will go look for said button. 😁

Umami was simply poetic license! 💡
🤔 Video Beta 4 is still in the development stage!
