I once saw a post on FB where a woman said she named her limiting beliefs Antwon and she was wearing a shirt that said (in huge letters) “SHUT UP ANTWON’. While I have said that when I find the limiting thoughts creeping in I think his approach of loving kindness is more my speed. Gail, may you be happy, may you be safe, may you be healthy and may you live with ease my friend.

Ingrained, unhelpful habits for me refuse to go quietly into the night! Or move to an arid wasteland. Not the ideal stuff to hoard! Saying that, I treasure the gentle reminders that we can become unstuck and that joy is available.

Hmmm… On one hand, I find it frustrating that the great creator gave us brains that are comfort seeking and habit driven. On the other hand, the challenge to evolve and grow beyond our well worn paths is what makes life interesting!
