Years ago my wife was fed up with her fear of heights. Solution? Take skydiving lessons. She did; she jumped; she lived to tell about it.
How does any of that relate to yoga? Speaking for myself, the chorus of creaking joints, lamenting ligaments, and complaining muscles makes a strong argument against yoga!

How often do I feel the urge and talk myself up and craft these amazing stretch emails or text... only to leave them in drafts?

People don’t practice yoga because the ARE already flexible. 😂
There are many gentle stretch videos available on YouTube. 🤷♀️
That said… I tried to offer the kid a stretch for a muscle knit and he dismissed me like I was a naughty Henny.
You can lead a horse… but you can’t…
We grow too soon old and too late smart!
