“Cancelled… again,” Cal laments. “No yoga class this week.”
“We can can sub for Saaaaa-rah!” Thalia types a text.
Cal’s fingers flutter to her face. “We’re not… not certified… to teach.”
Though they lack the piece of paper, Nia knows they have the skills. She nods in Tal’s direction, “Send the text.”
As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live.
~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
I find this extremely inspiring!
How often do I feel the urge and talk myself up and craft these amazing stretch emails or text... only to leave them in drafts?
“Send the text” is a good challenge for me this week!
Perhaps we see from whom Tal may derive her twirling inspiration! Teacher!
Life sometimes resembles bungee jumping. Inspect the cord for glaring problems, hook up, and take the plunge!
Years ago my wife was fed up with her fear of heights. Solution? Take skydiving lessons. She did; she jumped; she lived to tell about it.
How does any of that relate to yoga? Speaking for myself, the chorus of creaking joints, lamenting ligaments, and complaining muscles makes a strong argument against yoga!
More learning = more living. 🧘🏼♂️
