Timely as spring appears here in the South and the birds return, the odd thing is that I heard a cock crow for over 90 minutes. First and only time that has happened here on my street.
Birdsong is sweet, but my favorite local bird is a mockingbird who will occasionally do a “news, traffic, and weather” segment in our yard. Just talking, no song, non-stop commentary (information?) in a language I don’t understand.
Cockatoo!! Technically in the parrot family, but members of an exclusive 21-member Family as well as Super-Family...
Pssst! Tal? “We are family, I got all my sisters with me!” (By Sister Sledge). Since you seem to have your afterburners kicked in this morning, let’s kick up our heels! 🙃
As always, Gail, keeping the 3 Muses in line reminds me of cat herding. They keep you young I suspect! Happy week end!

I was originally thinking rooster, but maybe Ed, too!
I’ll shall persist if you insist.

That bird has been begging to be nicked for weeks. Today it got its chance. I'm happy with how it turned out!
Get up everybody... Dance!
Yes! Well indeed!
