Cal: “A parrot?”

Tal: “A paaaaaa-rot!”

Cal: “Why?”

Tal: “Wiiiiii-eee — not!”

Cal: “Nice flowers.”

Tal: “Nnnnn-issssse flowers!”

Urania laid her head on the table. “Perhaps we should just let today’s art speak for itself.”

Use what talents you possess; the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best.

Nice flowers *and* parrot!

Birdsong is sweet, but my favorite local bird is a mockingbird who will occasionally do a “news, traffic, and weather” segment in our yard. Just talking, no song, non-stop commentary (information?) in a language I don’t understand.
