That was my thought yesterday when I read your post. Well, the first time I read it as SCARED spaces, which the bowling alley might be for me. When I read it correctly, my answer was..well, within me usually. I live in a small place without much room to claim as "sacred". The time I take to go inside seems to grant me the most peace, serenity, and comfort. I believe walks outside do that for me as well. I do not really care where I walk. I just love the feeling of walking and being with my thoughts.
One a bowling note: I think 113 may be my highest score. LOL. I tend to get worse as I play.
T-shirt: “Know what’s cheaper than therapy? Admitting you’re batshit crazy and running with it.” 😁
But bowling and softball might be acceptable as well. 😉
I was a valuable member of my intramural softball team in college. I kept impeccable stats, made sure players knew when they were up, and did other things to support our coach. <insert patting-self-on-back emoji> But sometimes I had to actually go out into the field, and things would go badly. 😢 Sometimes, very badly. 😩 Your mileage may vary.
Psssst! I could ship our feral, neutered male cat to you! He is a fetching maniac! His favorite fetchable is the seal from the top of a milk carton. You can keep him as long as you like. He might even induce Henny to fetch. 🤔🤔🤔 on second thought...
After a tumble in gym class that broke both of my radii (as in two radiuses), my basketball career came to a screeching halt. Just as well, I was pretty far removed from being labeled a “sixth man.” Even humorously. So I became the score keeper/time keeper/and rule keeper. I called the opposing team/coach for a uniform number violation and the head ref lost it. Perhaps he knew he was batshit crazy and was running with it?🤷🏽 Nonetheless he persisted. 😁
Having a sacred place inside of us to visit is a perfect place to start meditation and self-care. So many people don't realize that self-care is important. Some think that thinking of themselves is selfish but it's not. So happy that you are able to get out and enjoy yourself.
Yes! And it’s a treatment day. I’ve asked my TexMexYankee niece to make frosted cutouts that I can take to the oncology staff. I might have to eat one, too!

🤞Meaty platelets in abundance!
Ooooh! Thank you for your share Billie! ♥️
I love walking, too! Maybe one day we can bowl together! 😁
Yes! May platelet production proliferate!
A dear friend once described her start to a new day: “I start off slow then I taper off!”

If past experience is a true indicator, my best bet is pick-up for-fun-only games with friends.
I do miss tossing a ball with the kid and Mara.

I’d welcome Buster… or any cat, but allergies for others in our house say, “No thanks!”
If Henny regarded him as a bunny he might have a very short half life! Saved by the allergies...
Oh! This just in… meaty-enough (by a hair) blood! 🎉
Does flax seed oil work with some sugar? Honey? No, not being cheeky. 😂
Yesss! CURE!
Uhhhh… good point. 😂

It’s all good. No, you’re good. No, outstanding! 🎉 And don’t you have one of these 🎂 in the not too distant future? 😁. I won’t tell…
😁 💜

Oooh! Do they travel well? 😉
Yes! She packages in paper shreds. I’ve received a few orders and have only experienced a couple of broken cookies.

Thanks for the connection! 😁
I felt certain that double entendre would not pass undetected!
So happy for you and your “Meaty Blood”. Trying to figure out a tune for it! Maybe the Muses will sing the harmony? Xoxo
