A note from Loveletterist:

It's true!

We've released our waffle-weave story of c into the world at large.

Fly Little One who was created with great love!

Thank you for being a part of our journey from there to here.

Without you, I couldn't be me.

Always a good reason... to ponder LoveLetterist’s words. And smile.

Waffles you say? Just had one for brekkie this morning, with maple syrup!

“Without you, I couldn’t be me.” 🙃

It’s in reference to the waffle-weave robe I slipped into throughout my treatment. 😂

I like your Connectication though! 🧇

I considered the robe possibility. And now, wearing waffles makes little sense. No matter how skillfully intertwined. 😉

Congratulations Gail!

So excited to see what’s next for you and looking forward to my books arriving Tuesday!

And the fun of trying to sort where or with whom to place my giveaway copy.

For those that haven’t yet, here’s a link (hopefully) to the book:

https://a.co/d/1PzeAcK

And buy two -- if you haven’t experienced the joy of random placement for discovery or F2F recommendation of a book from an author you know -- you’re missing out.

Leave your giveaway copy by “forgetting” it at chiropractor, eye doctor, car dealer or office lunch room. Or see how much of a difference you sense when you hand a book to someone face to face and tell them they will enjoy it and you know the author.

Bob!!!

Thank you for writing an invitation to step into my stories via Poise’ foreword. You are now a published author. 😊

I am so grateful for our Wednesday hijinks group that supported me throughout diagnosis, treatment, and cure!

Thanks for the “share-a-book” suggestion. 💜❤️💚

I myself want to formulate a plan to get copies into the hands of patients and caregivers.

I keep reminding myself that one step at a time is a perfect (for me) approach.

HOPE! A BEAUTIFUL Four-Letter-Word for cancer…

Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2023

POISE: A five-letter-word for HOPE!

There have been hundreds, perhaps thousands of books written about the cancer experience. Never has there been a book written like this one… That’s the gift of individuality, of courage, of someone ready to share their personal story in the hopes that it might inspire someone else to find the courage to face what’s in front of them with the HOPE they might come through the darkness even better and brighter than they ever could’ve possibly imagined…

Now! A chance to live with Poise! Better still, to do so with your new book. 👏🏼👏🏼

“Nia clicks a snap.” (A picture of a snapdragon with her smart phone?)

Jennifer Garner’s post about the ten most common birthdays? Perhaps a New Year’s resolution is operative?

I feel like a small bird following a trail of breadcrumbs into the forest! We well know what that accomplished for Hansel and Gretel! Oh, but this mystery is so tantalizing! (I think this story ended well in the book...)

“Exceeding common - she’ll find her way.” Another Hansel hint? Very clever indeed! 😊

"clicks a snap" = creative license

I originally said "shutter", then changed it.

Ahhh... my friend Manu once gifted me the use of the word breadcrumbs (instead of links) and I really like it. I can't recall the end of Hansel and Gretl! I'll have to look it up!

Hmmm... I think they tied the witch to a spit and roasted her! Then later became famous for their brilliant book, “How To Roast A Witch: Easy-Peasy”

Paybacks! After all, the Witch summoned the birds to come and eat the breadcrumb trail Hansel so carefully planned as their route back. Except at the beginning of the trail was the wicked stepmother that was slowly starving them to death!

Boot camp for survivors.

Pushed her in the oven is what I found.

Quite a tale of resilience!

Yes! Against tough odds. Already starved, they set out in Winter’s cold with nothing to eat, but felt resilient despite those downsides. The Spirit of self preservation is mighty.

Okay, since everyone else is waxing eloquently about your latest book (and congrats, btw! 👏) I will be the one to bring up the birthday question: okay, middle of January, not much going on, long nights in the US... but WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON WITH COUPLES OCTOBER 7TH?
