After completing yesterday's muse practice, I hauled out the pan, roller, and brush to give a bedroom a fresh coat.
I had been dragging my feet on starting the project for many months because... I knew it was a big job... the kind that's hard to chop into little pieces because...
once you have the roller and brush dirty, you just want to keep going.🤷🏻♀️

When I took a break from rolling, I found a text from a fellow yogi whose beloved dog recently crossed the rainbow bridge.
Your remarks concerning your friend’s dog crossing the rainbow bridge brought to mind the species, Papillon, an old breed of toy spaniel. Its name translates to “butterfly.”
