T-shirt: “Don’t worry! Your secret is safe with me! (I wasn’t actually listening)” 😁

Well, in this case I was, but there weren’t any actual secrets. (I don’t think?) You have a good reading voice, Gail; I’m guessing you have read to plenty of kids over the years.

Thank you for listening! 😂

Seems I get better sound quality if I record with my phone into Dropbox and then upload to Substack. Experimenting with the tech feels like its own triumph.

Thank you for your appreciation. I’ve read many a book out loud to receptive ears. I always loved reading chapter books to little ones because they were challenged to use their imagination to create visuals in their minds.

EB White said something like… “I could throw anything at kids and they were up to the challenge.”

Stories with Winnie-the-Pooh are my all time favorite. I love absolutely love Tigger. He's bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy and he's the only one. When one those characters living in the Hundred Acres Woods gets into trouble the others all gather round to do what they can to help. Love those guys.

I don’t remember much of Pooh from my childhood, but I do remember taking my son to the movie theater to see a couple of Winnie-the-Pooh films.

The characters all have something to offer… Tigger is tiggeriffic!

#Truth Margaret • “Love those guys.”

I recently drew my very first Winnie-the-Pooh. I gave him a “Gratitude” pot instead of a honey 🍯 pot. It was for a mutual friend of Typist and I, Chris Palmore, The Gratitude Junkie, whose recent book, The Mechanics of Gratitude, I voiced as the narrator for his Audible offering. ✍🏼🎙✍🏼
