What???? Two comments in the same day… Say it isn’t so! Well, I can’t, and here’s why…

Yesterday evening, I had a chance to share about what a wonderfully beautiful and supportive community our illustrious love letter creator has assembled…

I am #Grateful to each of YOU for the gift of your voice, captured in the essence of the words you put together as comments in reply to Typist or the community at large.

It’s a beautiful thing that’s developing here and I, for one, am #Grateful for ALL of YOU! 🙏🏼🕊🙏🏼

Thank you Bobby!!!

I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect via 3mm — daily opportunities to grow through relationship. I feel delight when our friends connect and share with each other in comments.

T-shirt: “I JUST SOLD MY HOMING PIGEON — for the 17th time” 😁

(hey, when you find a money maker that works...)

And I'm with Billie Short on using "nicked" — it has just enough exotic flavor to stifle someone's immediate reaction.

Hahaha! Now I’m trying to remember what “famous” movie I watched in which one of the main characters raised homing pigeons on his apartment building’s roof. 🤔 There’s probably more than one!

“Nicked” is gooooood!

I am currently using the word nicked. Read enough books by authors in other countries and you are bound to nick a word or two from them. I love that your nicked image gives your muses so much to talk about. I imagine the dog is getting a closer view of his/her human.

“Nicked” is a great word. Since the muses live ice cream so much… “scooped” might be another we can use. 😂

Another good one!

I’ve shared before a quip from Joni Mitchell, “Neither a borrower nor a lender be. I stole that from Willie the Shake.” Saying “steal” saves a lot of pussyfooting around. 😬

And authorist? On your alliterative “A” game describing Nia’s clementine consequences. They seem to roll off your tongue! All in all I sense a playful mood for your collective day. And I hope you are out being as playful as you sound. 🙃

Say what you mean and mean what you say! Why use a ten cent word when one that costs a penny will do? 😊

Last night the muses and I got to go to a 70th birthday celebration for a friend. Her 40 year old daughter helped her dad to prepare a delicious dinner and her 99 year old mom played Happy Birthday and a variety of other tunes on the piano! Playful indeed!

Overthinking? Say it isn’t so... How could 5 of you possibly overthink anything? Absurd! 😉

Usurp-ing! Hmmm? 🤔 I like it! ✍🏼🎨✍🏼

Five? Including Henrietta? And if someone has Muses, does that suggest they’re “bemused” or “amused?” 🙃

Expand full comment

Oh my gosh… 😱 I left Henny out! 😳

That means an even half-dozen including bark-bark, howl-howl… 3 Muses, 1 Typist, 1 Drawist/Paintist AND 1 Henrietta! 😊😎😊

Hmmm? 🤔 Bemused? Amused?

During Halloween 🎃 with green pumpkins, perhaps Bewitched? 🧙🏻‍♀️

There’s a whole lot go-ing on!

As we near All-Hallows-Eve, I can’t wait for more to unfold! Then in many countries, November 1 is celebrated as “Day of the Dead.” Originally a Spanish and Spanish speaking countries’ holiday, with fabulous costumery, we can enjoy/celebrate more ghoulishness. Todo el loco!
