Personal growth is never black and white, IMO. Sometimes painful, sometimes joyful, discouraging or uplifting, limiting or expansive. It's life, which means it's whatever we make of it (to an extent). BTW- aren't bird supposed to have skinny legs? Isn't that why certain kids get called "chicken legs?"
