A note from LoveLetterist:

There's news!

My friend (and fellow writer) Jay Armstrong and I have teamed up to create One Line, One Love -- A podblog where writers are encouraged... one line at a time.

It's early days.

We're learning.

We're experimenting.

Our first episode is scheduled to hit the streets... TOMORROW!!!

You can check us out right here on Substack.

We invite you to be a part of our community.

Do you have a writer within...

giving you sad eyes...

and asking to be unleashed?

Yay, Yay! For you and Jay. For me the mechanics of “bloggation” would be intimidating enough I’d throw in the towel before I ever got started. You two?! I can’t wait!

We’re taking baby steps and learning as we go.

That includes our community approach. We’re inviting our burgeoning writers to write only 1 sentence a week to begin.

One sentence.

A book of 80,000 words begins with one sentence. 😂

Look forward to having you as a guest on the pod! We’re still working on our invitation process. There are a lot of pieces to the puzzle! 😁

Simply finding the joy in doing right now.

With a feather's touch of excitement for the possibilities.

That stretch is well chosen to prevent broken angel wings. I can’t begin to imagine what a cast for such a delicate appendage might entail! To hear Joe Cocker’s voice is delightful. That takes me back a few years. 😉

Mother Cabrini’s name promoted a search as I saw a possibility that she was the person for whom the Cabrini Green housing project was named. Nope. She was active in Chicago helping Italian immigrants with education and founded orphanages. She founded The Columbus Hospital in which she later died.

Just one question: when did Tal and Nįa abdicate their roles as active and contributing members of the Muses? So Cal is left to carry the weight for all three? (I see Nįa and Tal standing on her. And looking very small.) Sigh!

Oh! It occurred to me that the wee ones may be ill. I’d recommend brewing a batch of Boneset tea, sweetened slightly with Maple syrup. 😉

🤦🏻‍♀️ Another IG ad! This one told me about a movie release on March 8 about Mother Cabrini. I'd like to see it! I too thought that maybe Cabrini Green was named after her, but failed to take the research detour. Now I learned that the housing project was named after the Francis Cabrini Rowhouses and William Green Homes that once took up most of the area.

What's that extension on the "I" in Nia's name? I've never seen it before! I rubbed on my screen to make sure it wasn't a smudge.

Tal and Nia can't go anywhere. They're part of the act!

I don’t know the name of the tail on Nia’s name is called. I have seen it appear on a number of your 3MM Posts. 🤷🏽

We likely read the same information about the current status of the C-G property. The info suggested all had been demolished except two towers that have been renovated for upscale use. A certain irony.

I've seen the tail on Nia's "a" before, but not the i. I see that I can make those variations by holding the key down on the Mac. I have her intentionally done so. It's a mystery!!!

Yes to the irony.
