what's in your attic?

“Ooooooh!” Thalia’s eyes sparkled. “Jellllll-eee-fish bril-e-ahn-tay!”

“Not a jellyfish.” Nia swished her lips to the right. “A brain.”

Calliope connected the dots.

Last night Thalia watched a show about the ocean while Urania read an article about synaptogenesis.

Mystery solved.

I consider that a man’s brain originally is like a little attic, and you have to stock it with such furniture as you choose.

As Tony The Tiger said, “Great!” What’s a little Frosted Flakes among friends?🤷🏽

Nia and Tal’s unique responses also illustrate how a psychologist’s inkblot test works. The client shows up with what they carry in their minds and then project that content onto the inkblot patterns.

Without the nudge from a shrink, we do much the same thing with both familiar and ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.

No matter where you go there you are!

Interesting piece on synaptogenesis, which apparently my laptop's spellcheck hasn't yet created a neural pathway for. 😂 (Unless I typed it wrong and can't find my error--maybe too thick a myelin sheath?)
