“Eeeeeeeeee!” Thalia’s squeals of glee brought blinking chipmunk’s from their burrows. “Henny paws a soccer ball on the frooooo-zen tundra like — like — kindergartners playing hot potato with a bouncy ball. Sooooooooo mu-ccccchhhhh fun!”
Calliope clapped and cheered for Team Henny from the deck.
“What makes you laugh?” Tal called to her friends.
“You!” Urania and Calliope played a game of jinx — both grateful for Tal’s unearthed exuberance.
Do anything, but let it produce joy.

Social media post: “My 7yo is arguing with me because I told her I saw The Nightmare Before Christmas when I was 11, which she feels can’t be true because it’s in color, and obviously I was raised on silent movies and mastodon meat.” 😁
Oh dear! “What makes me laugh?” Um, things that are funny, but that never seems to work as an answer... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Delightful! Well done!!
“What makes me laugh,” you ask? How about your drawings, and the lightness and action they often project!
I hope creating them brings as much joy as they do for this community!
