“Beeee-ing a pahrrr-tay animal is tiyyyy-er-ing!” Tal rests her head on folded arms. “Can we skip to-dayeee?”
“Suck it up Buttercup.” Nia starts musifying an easy-ish image inspiration from Instagram.

We are a continuum. Just as we reach to our ancestors for our fundamental values, so we, as guardians of that legacy, must reach ahead to our children and their children. And we do so with a sense of sacredness in that reaching.

A note from LoveLetterist:
'Tis true.
We're tired.
And joyful.
And feeling gratified in our effort and growth.

I'm certain the "Gail" of five years ago would have experienced the day quite differently.
That recognition alone -- speaks volumes.
