self-invention
Urania wrinkled her nose. “I think we could do a better job with the TO or FOR graphic.”
“Agreed,” Cal and Tal nodded in unison.
Thalia continued. “Remember… We’re just getting ideas out right now. As one of our readers reminded, ‘Imagine trimming an espalier apple tree if you never planted it.’”
Words from Typist:
I have a deck of cards that a friend sent me — The Storyteller Oracle.
I pull a card almost every day as a source of inspiration and consideration.
Yesterday I pulled ASCENDANCE. Here is what I was offered to think about:

BUTTON: “SARCASM — It’s how I hug” 😁
The Storyteller Oracle is *gorgeous*, but looks intimidating.
I admire the initial phase “drafting” the new book. Editors don’t likely use that term. Perhaps “birthing?” That would make you the midwife? And Muses able assistants.
I’m so glad you keep us in the loop as the process picks up steam. I opted to see if our language contains “ascendence” and I found more nuances of meaning than I could have guessed! Nouns. Adjectives. Multiple meanings for one form. Ending in “ance” and “ants” and “ence” and “ents.” I should never have gone there!
To prepare for my next task or undertaking? Drink more coffee! 😬. Three or less 8 ounce cups per day seems to help guard against dementia!🎉👏🏼🙌 Per recent reports. 🤷🏽
