Thalia floated from her warm and toasty spot under the covers. “Whaaaaaat magic awaits us todaaaaaaay???!!!”
Nia spang from the mattress like a spring crocus. “Whatever it is — we must do our part! Show Up - Listen - Evaluate - Act.”
Calliope jostled one ear deeper into her feathered pillow. She sighed, “I’m still tired from our dance home from the mailbox yesterday. Prancing through all of those ice balls… with our first caregiver reply was like… like…”
“An exuberant exercise. Made us stronger.” Nia grabbed Cal’s hand and gave a gentle tug.
“C’mon little torrrrrr-toise!” Thalia raced down the stairs. “Beat you to the last banana!”
If there is no struggle, there is no progress.

I love the kitty stamp 😻
Some stamps are (used to be) licked, some stamps are nicked! This stamp is a mystery to my “ear-into-the-feather-pillow” state of mind. The kitty displaying a leftover box of Russell Stover turtles from Valentines Day? Who will receive the turtles? Care staff that received their magic boxes containing connection? 🤔🤔
Were I to follow Nia’s lead, I’d “Show up-Listen-Evaluate-Act.” Just as likely to go slip sliding away on the peel of the last banana... 🤷🏽
Therefore I struggle on.
