Through a mouthful of fruit Thalia sings, “Hehhhhh-vehn — I’m in hehhhh-vehn — and my harrrrrrt beats soooo that ey-eee cahhn hard-lee speeeeek!”
“Ugh! I see chewed berries.” Nia furrows her brow.
“You’re working ahh-gaaaaiinst our face yoga! Smile — Give your ears a ride!”
“Grateful…” Calliope savors a berry, “… for our grocery store’s produce manager.”
While it may seem small, the ripple effects of small things is extraordinary.

Update! I just came home from our grocery store... with 2 pints of red raspberries!
Well, yes, some other things. But this is the star purchase. I have heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and now a chillin’ mixing bowl! 😊
Those are some plump, raspberry-colored, uummh, raspberries! I’ll add that I’m with Nia and her revulsion at seeing chomped berries in the mouth of someone (not saying any names here) singing! Or really doing anything with mouth agape. “Call me a relic, call me what you will, Say I’m old fashioned, say I’m over the hill.”

“ -- Give your ears a ride!” That reminded me of a long ago class mate who could wiggle his ears, noticeably, and touch his nose with his tongue! “Lizard” was his nickname.
I appreciated Cal’s slightly understated comment regarding your grocery store’s produce manager, signaling connectication, from berry to other humans that made them possible.
Time to start my face yoga practice for today. In 14 days I’ll look like someone that has been doing face yoga for 14 days. 🤔 Time to weeeg-le!
